Bill Granger is a world renowned chef from Australia.  One of his restaurant is located in Shichirigahama  a small beach community about 30 mins from us .  You must try their very famous Ricotta Cheese pancake with honey comb butter. It is worthy to be "well known"!  It was really tasty!  It gives you a kind of "first time" experience.  We went to Bill's on Ray's birthday 2 years ago.  It was very nice day in July, so the shiny ocean line we saw from the wide terrace of the restaurant was gorgeous.  We recommend going to Bill's by using Enoden train on a sunny relaxed day.

Since then, I wanted to have that pancake many times.  But the location was not so convenient.

Recently I learned Bill's will open a new shop at the Red Brick Warehouse in Yokohama.  We are very much looking forward to have the pancake again!


リコッタチーズのパンケーキがとっても有名なビル・グレンジャーのレストラン。2年ほど前に、 七里ケ浜にあるビルズへ行ってきました！　レイのお誕生日に、海が見えるお店で、このリコッタチーズのパンケーキをいただきました。とってもおいしい！ 機会があったら食べてみてほしい！ 店内は開放感があって、私もレイもゆったりとリラックスした時間を過ごしました。

7月のよく晴れた日だったので、大きく開いたテラスから、海がきらきらと見えて、気持ちよかった。天気のいい日に江の電に揺られてビルズでランチなんていいと思います。
 
あれから何度も、あのパンケーキが食べたいな、と思ったけれど、思い立ってすぐに七里ケ浜に行くにはちょっと遠くて。忙しかったり、おなかが空きすぎ、だったりね。

こないだ、3月半ばに横浜の赤レンガ倉庫に、Bill'sがオープンすることを知りました。赤レンガなら、だいぶうちから近い！　たのしみ。
